Without Limits (1998) is a underrated track movie (it suffered from coming out at the same time as Prefontaine, a much less emotionally satisfying Steve Prefontaine film).

Thanks for those newer titles! The only older movie that I've been able to find about a track & field athlete is The Bob Mathias Story (1954), which features the Olympic decathlon champion as himself and doesn't appear to be available for purchase.

Other track and field movies that occur to me are Personal Best (1982), Running Brave (1983), Prefontaine (1997), and Running (1979)
